So Elton was on Oprah on Friday and....

He sang "Tiny Dancer" and he continued his extremely annoying habit of emphasizing the last syllable of certains lines;

"Blue jean baby, L.A. lady, seamstress for the ban-dah!"
"Pretty eye-dah, oh pirate smile-dah"
"You'll marry a music man..."
"Ballerina, you must have seen her, she was dancing in the san-dah!"
"And now she's in me, always with me, Tiny Dancer in my hand-dah"

I seriously question this notion of having an Elton John "fan site" and at the same time constantly having and reinforcing a very negative vibe about the artist in question... Is the purpose to have as little visitors and Elton John fans as possible on the site and messageboard? If so, it is a great strategy.

If not, there's an old saying that would make for a much more popular and vibrant Elton John site: If you don't have anything good to say about it, it's better not to say it at all. I'm all for critical discussion on the board and so on, but it really seems self-defeating to constantly criticize, second-guess and frankly badmouth the artist whose "fan site" one is supposed to administer.
